Privacy policy
The Gate Music Services, Inc. is committed to individual privacy, artistic freedom, and the right to receive as little junk mail as possible. We keep all of the personal information you send to us confidential. This includes the information in the Quote Request Form and E-mail requests for information. We only use the information you provide to make your project a reality. The Gate doesn't use your information for any other purpose, nor do we sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information. Also, our in-house servers and computer systems are “stand alone” and cannot be entered via the internet or telephone lines. Data is manually transferred from our web site systems to our offices.
We. do not use ``cookies" on its web site, does not maintain web logs with identifiable information, and does not collect site statistics other than general traffic patterns for our own evaluation and maintenance of the site.
We also do not sell any customer information and will not voluntarily disclose any information regarding our customers and clients. The Gate will also legally challenge any attempts to obtain such information from our company.
Lastly, all customer records are kept in secure storage and will be destroyed after a specified time period.
